I was selling my father's house from when he passed away. I do not live in the local area. Patti was awesome and really knew what to do to make the house presentable and get the best price! She was able to give us great advice for getting our home ready to sell and was able to recommend services for a home inspection, cleaning, and some interior painting. Pattie answered all of our questions regarding the selling process and communicated with us frequently during the sale using her local knowledge of the area to help our sale. The market was slowing but Patti made sure our house was seen by prospective buyers and then kept the negotiations with the buyer running smoothly. Patti was such a delight. HIRE HER. I knew Patti from a previous job back before she was in real estate. I knew she was trustworthy person from that life and would be honest with my handling of an estate sale. I had spoken with several other Real Estate Agents, and they all creeped me out, to be honest. With Patti, I knew she would be direct (and blunt when possible as that's what I wanted) on what was needed to sell my father's house. She did a thorough overview of our property and provided us options on moving forward. She never used hard sales tactics that other real estate agents were trying with me. Our family had initially planned to do an 'as is' sale, and after speaking with Patti and reviewing the detailed estimates that she provided, our family was able to change directions and do some minor renovations that would improve the return on the estate. We went in with reasonable expectations on the return. And wound up with much more than we originally thought was possible. No other Real Estate agent had made quite the case she did, and she backed it up with local connections for vendors and market trends on what was normal. Both my siblings on the estate sale trusted her details – and were convinced by her information to renovate. Patti was able to source local skilled vendors for all the work we needed done, and had the experience in the Kent area to really understand what a 'great' quote was vs an 'okay' or 'passable' quote. She acted as our GC as our house was so close to her location. She kept me up to date on all the progress, and was the leading driver of the timing on the sale. She set a date that I (and my siblings) thought was impossible for being listed – but through follow up and determination, we were able to list at a strategic time. She provided pictures to help understand progress with each vendor and helped manage all the steps necessary to sell an estate property. I personally have not ever sold a house so I relied on Patti to guide me and I am glad I did. We received multiple offers for the house, and I credit that to all the details that Patti kept an eye on. She went above and beyond and was my partner throughout the complex process. I wish I had more houses for her to sell. Would hire her immediately for any other project.

I found Patti on Zillow and I liked what I read in her profile. I Patti's attention to detail and thoughtfulness. She met with us about listing our property right away and worked with us on paperwork and listened to what we needed to have happen as well as discussed what she thought might help the property sell faster and for the most money. When we had an offer come in (just after 4 days), she worked with the buyer’s broker and their lender to make sure we made our closing date because it was necessary to close on time for another transaction. She communicated throughout the entire transaction, with all the news, not just the good stuff. In the end, we closed on time and everything went smoothly.
